Moy Tung: Ving Tsun is both and neither
Someone once asked Grandmaster Moy Tung if Ving Tsun (wing chun) is internal or external Kung Fu, i.e. is it a ‘hard’ or ‘soft’ style.
He replied, “It’s both and neither.”
